Is there an additional charge for postage?
Nope. We are proud to say that all of our boxes have FREE delivery – you are very welcome!
When will I receive my gift?
As soon as you place your order, we will get working on your handpicked gift box ready for postage. You can expect your post to arrive in 3-5 working days from ordering.
Where do you ship to?
We are pleased to announce that due to popular demand we now post World Wide. Additional Postage charges do apply.
Do I need to sign for my delivery or will it fit through my letter box?
Our boxes, due to being crammed full with delights, is slightly too big to fit through your average letter box. Therefore, like you would a bunch of flowers, you will either need to receive it in person or collect it from your local delivery office (or possibly sweet talk your neighbour into taking in any post that won’t fit through your box!)

The Book Taster does not offer refunds. However, if you receive an item which is damaged or missing, then please do email us at: info@thebooktaster.comand we will do our best to rectify the situation.

We cannot accept returns in any circumstances due to the nature of the items in the box.
